We have a 100% customer satisfaction policy.  Returns & refunds are easy, if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have 180 days from time of purchase to notify us.  We will send you a free shipping return label and provide your choice of a refund or product replacement.  Our goal is to always make your life a little easier.  We have a no hassle, no fuss, 100% customer satisfaction policy.

Shipping

Orders are shipped via USPS, FedEx Ground or FedEx SmartPost.  Your Air filters will usually ship same day or within 1 business day and delivery time after shipment ranges between 2 - 6 business days depending where you’re located in the contiguous United States.  At this time we do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or International.

Returns

If you need to return an item, simply email us or login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item Link. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the unused returned item.  Please allow a few days for the refund to show up on you credit card account, even though we do it immediately, it takes the credit card company processors some time to place the credit back on your account.

If we are running low on stock, and do not have enough air filters to fulfill your order, please email us through the contact us page and we will provide you an additional discount to allow us to fulfill your order.
